What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Answer

Call The Learning Center at 217-786-2354 or send an email to LearningCenter@llcc.edu at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Avoid cancelling on the day of the appointment if possible. If multiple same-day cancellations are accumulated, the student will not be allowed to schedule future appointments until they meet with the Dean of The Learning Center.
